| 1.
| Apologies
44 church members also on the electoral role were present at the meeting. Apologies were heard from Richard Shepherd, Meg Cole and Dan Wilhelm.

| 2.
| Electoral Role Officer
The Electoral Role Officer is Alan Golton. There are 68 names on the role. 4 names have been taken off (people leaving Grenoble). 9 names have been added (new comers). The congregation accepted the new electoral role.

| Report on Church Council
The secretary's report had been made available before the meeting. There was a question voiced about the INTERNATIONAL STUDENT Worker’s accommodation, which the church will have to pay for. Should the church rent or buy an apartment. The answer was that we had only thought of renting. The report was accepted by vote (none against).

| Church Wardens Report
The Churchwarden’s report had been made available before the meeting. A question concerning the role of the CHURCH WARDENS was heard. The Chaplain answered with a resume of the Church of England warden’s role description. David and Lara were thanked for their work throughout the year. The report was accepted by vote (none against).

| Church Wardens Election
Candidates for the position gave a short presentation of their expectations. The assembly then voted. David Bailey and Mark Lewis were elected as Church wardens for the following year.

| Synod Representatives Report
The synod representative’s report had been made available before the meeting. Our synod representatives Val Golton and Alison Coulavin gave a short presentation of their report. We heard there were 25 other Anglican Chaplaincies in France - 50% of which are under the Intercontinental Church Society Umbrella. We were also informed of the “Mission Shaped Church” report the Synod had put forward. The report was accepted by vote (none against).

| Synod Representatives Election
There were only two candidates for the position and so they were declared elected by the Electoral Role Officer (none against).

| 8.
| Financial Report
The Treasurer Richard Shepherd, away on business, was represented by his wife Jane. A handout had been made available to the assembly at the start of the AGM. A question was raised: which heading on the paper accounted for money raised at church events? Answer: The miscellaneous heading. Another Question: To whom has the church been giving? Answer: The church attempts to give away at least 10% of all it's income. This year the church gave to agencies such as Tearfund, Compassion, Barnabas Fund, Champfleuri, CITA Burkina Faso and ICS. The financial report was accepted by vote (none against).
Many thanks were given to the Treasurer for his work throughout the year and to his wife for her superb presentation of the financial report.

| Accounts and Reports
- AUDIT: George our accountant said the church accounts were "impécable". His report was acknowledged by vote (none against).
- SOCIAL COMMITEE: The social committee invited all to join up to help in preparation of future events. Young blood was particularly requested to help the Golden Oldies with the work. The last phrase of their report: "Just come along and do as you are told".
- YOUTH GROUP: The Youth Group Overseer Clair Naylor told us of their Dangerous Prayers, including one for the youth group to grow and new leaders to be appointed. They have been blessed this year and able to organise events such as Youth Weekends for up to 25 youngsters. They have been doing a lot of planning and ask us to pray for them to continue in this and for overall guiding. They also informed us that they believed there is room for a fulltime Youth Pastor.
- SUNDAY SCHOOL: The Sunday School Superintendent Lara Confort gave the Sunday school report. They have had unto 75 children in Sunday school and at times as few as 10. Sunday school is organised into 3 year groups: 3-5, 6-7, 8-11. Special thanks were voiced for the Nativity scene and for all the teachers and activities.
- AGM MINUTES 2004: Last years' minutes had been made available to the congregation before the meeting. The minutes were accepted by vote as being a correct report on last years meeting (none against).

| Church Council Election
The following church members were elected onto the council by vote: Elizabeth Cherhal, Marie Colbert, Frank Jenkins, Richard Sheppard, John Stinton, Dan Wilhelm, Stuart Wilkins.

| Chaplain's Report
The Chaplain's report praised God for our church and the fact that we are reaching our maximum capacity. He also talked about the "Mission Shaped Church" report. His report was accepted by the congregation by vote (none against).

| 12.
| Amendments to Procedures
- an amendment to size of council was proposed: council size should be increased from 12 to 14. The members voted: 9 For, 9+Against, Abstentions not recorded. The amendment was rejected.
- Circulating reports before the meeting was thought to be a good thing.
- Having "bring it yourself" picnic lunch during AGM meeting is acceptable.

| Miscellaneous
- MISSION SHAPPED CHURCH: The mission shaped church report was first heard at Synod and reported to the council by Stephen. The mission shaped church looks at encouraging Christian witnessing through groups of common interest, welcoming newcomers and binding with families.
- CHURCH CLEANING: An announcement was made for a team of volunteers to clean the church.
- ASYLUM SEEKERS: A short encouragement to help Emran, an asylum seeker who begs outside the church, was given to us. He needs to get to Paris for some paperwork. His Family and him needs prayer too as they are not Christians and also because they have lost track of a family member, Emrans sister.
