| Apologies
The following people had sent apologies : John and Nell Stinton, Selina Wesley, Mark and Carine Lewis from Burkina Fasso, Jeanne-Marie Laveyssière, Fanny Bélanger, April Kern.

| Electoral Roll Officer
Alan Golton, the electoral roll officer reported that there were 55 names on the roll. Minus the Kern family, that makes 53 ! Unfortunately it is not possible to add people on the day of the AGM, the roll stops one week before, and opens again the week after.

| Minutes of last year's meeting to be approved

As nobody had read the minutes on the web, Stephen read them and they were adopted.

| Report on Church Council
The secretary's report:
Dante read and commented the report.

| Church Wardens Report
The Churchwarden’s report:
Elizabeth read and commented the report.
|
| 6.
| Church Wardens Election
Joseph Agu did not wish to be warden another year due to pressure from work. Elizabeth Cherhal-Cleverly and David Bailey had agreed to stand for election, and were elected.

| Synod Representatives Report
Alison Coulavin and Valerie Golton were elected last year for three years.
Alison gave the report for last year’s synod.

| Financial Report
Each person received a copy of the accounts, which were commented, and it was explained that the documents were still with the auditor . Richard Sheppard gave the financial report. Our needs have been met this year, which is something to be thankful for after last year’s deficit.
Questions were asked:
- Q: How are things now ?
- A: Currently the money coming in from collections is down, so we need to keep up our financial effort.
A round of applause was given to Richard for the hard and persevering work done on the finances.

| Church Council Election
The following were elected: Fanny Bélanger, Neil Brownrigg, Shona Gillespie, Bill Paul, Lilan Peng, Richard Sheppard, Penny Vincent-Sweet.

| Chaplain's Report
The Chaplain's report
Stephen commented his report , saying that the number of members of St Marc’s had increased this year but that the numbers present in any given service were about the same. He thanked all those who had in any way served St Marc’s this year.

| Amendments to Procedures
None were proposed.

| 13.
| Miscellaneous
Church members made the following remarks or suggestions :
- Marie Colbert thanked Dante for his work as the secretary of the church council in addition to teaching and leading small groups. She said that he has taken on the role of a “humble servant” and got a round of applause.
- Val Golton indicated that Tammy’s husband Georg Bohn is at the moment engaged in humanitarian work with médecins du monde in Niger, and should be kept in our prayers.
- Alan Golton asked for explanations about the “association de l’église anglicane de Grenoble”. It was explained that this was required by french law, and that its president was Alison Coulavin, and members of its “bureau” were otherwise members of our church council.
- Segun Odunlade indicated that more non alcoholic grepe juice was required at communion, as increasing numbers of church members preferred it.
- Suzanne Bréant thanked Alison for producing the magazine.
- Howard Diehl thanked everyone for their love and support.
