The meeting opened in prayer.

| Discussion with Ian Watson
Ian Watson(ICS exec): challenged the Council with issues to be thought of surrounding the possible change of Chaplain. Stephen Coffin's contract with us runs out on the 31st of October 2005. The Council must decide to renew or review the contract sometime before Easter 2005. Due to the importance of such a decision the Council is able to meet with and discuss the whole process with an outside counsellor.
The Council met together to discuss with Ian Watson. Minutes for the meeting were not taken. An oral report of the meeting will be given by a Churchwarden at the next Council Meeting and included in the next minutes (CCM Minutes 20041110).
No Council members present at the Extraordinary meeting opposed prolonging Stephen Coffin's contract.
