- See if anyone want's TOCs, and, if so, put them in.
- The map showing how to get to church doesn't actually show the location of the apartment, as stated in the text. Update the current map or create a new one [ Larry Baltz: checked with Stephen and he would like to have the apartment location shown on the map]

- Updated the Church Officers page with secretary details.
- Update the following pages based on new material from Stephen
- How To Find Us - the scalable map link to mappy.com isn't working (It is now. I just changed the URL - zaz)
- Church Officers - Alison Coulavin needs to be replaced by Lara Confort (phone: 04 76 11 03 30), and all the e-mail addresses will need to have the hyphen removed. (maybe you need people's home e-mail addresses too? I can send them to you for the links)
- Service Formats - (Worship Service) - under student meals, please remove the old date "on 13th October 2002" completely
- Service Calendar - (Calendar&Sermons) needs reworking. Stephen's zip files contain a complete update of the calendar table with dates, titles, etc for September onwards. Maybe the table format isn't best?
- root out "grenoble-church.org" domains in the e-mail addresses rather than "grenoblechurch.org"
- Look at setting up edit notifications by email. See PmWiki:MailPosts.
- Increase upload sizes - in particular need to increase zip file upload to over a megabyte. See Uploads Admin.
- Create a FTP account for general population of church (Larry Baltz: ID="
member" [1])
- Create a FTP account for admins (Larry Baltz: ID="
admin" [2])
- Create a church membership only profile Group (Larry Baltz see ChurchOnlyProfiles.Church Only Profiles)
- Configure page template system. See Page Group Templates
- Do all profiles as Profiles.Whatever need to be copied to Church Only Profiles.Whatever?
- Check with all the people with emails currently on the website to see if they are OK with it being there
- Research and report on Upload Maintenance : space and history
- Back-up the site on a regular basis
